The next level details along with the detached casita appeals to a wide variety of buyers from the move-in parents to housing the family nanny.  This model is open and available for viewing located at 7815 Cassion, Frisco, TX  75034.

Austin Waters is a secluded community of streetscapes, houses, amenities and landscaping that is based upon timeless design principles. It is the desire that each individual home contributes to the overall character and quality of the neighborhood.

“We’ve had great pre-sales in phase 1 of the Bluffs at Austin Waters, which will be a tremendous spring-board for our final phase. The majority of those sales have been second time Austin Waters Homeowners as well as corporate re-location buyers from the Legacy West business corridor.” Hankla says.

The final phase of this residential development will commence in early spring of 2017.  The homes in Austin Waters will be nestled among rolling hills with heavily themed architecture and creek view home sites featured from the $550’s.
