Austin Waters Press Release 1/15/16 A Plano-based residential developer Green Brick Partners Inc. (Nasdaq: GRBK) purchased the final phase for the Austin Waters project in addition to the first 19 lots from Billingsley Company; along Plano Parkway and Windhaven in Carrollton.
The final phase of the residential development known as Austin Waters, will consist of 16 acres and total 50 single family homes. Southgate Homes (a subsidiary of Green Brick) is the home builder for Austin Waters.
